Grant Description

To support the New York Police Department Oversight and Accountability Campaign, specifically the mobilization of grassroots constituencies to continue the pressure to reform NYPD surveillance programs, especially by playing a bridge-building role between Arab, Muslim and communities of color on police accountability issues locally and nationally and to support building a network of Muslim organizers throughout the region by holding the first NYC Muslim Organizing Summit.
