Grant Description

To support work to support the 123 mostly South Asian immigrants detained at Oregon’s Sheridan Correctional Institution by coordinating a delegation of leaders who will demand that the detainees have access to counsel, organizing local translators to support the immigrants, and raising awareness about these immigrants in local media.
