To support Common Cause Maryland’s Fair Elections Maryland coalition’s efforts to lobby the Howard County Council to create a robust and inclusive public financing program, lobby the Montgomery County Council to fully fund its public financing system, and to introduce legislation to provide additional funding for the statewide gubernatorial program.
