Grant Description

To support work with its coalition partners to protect North Carolina courts from a new series of attacks, including proposals to “pack” the North Carolina Supreme Court with two additional seats and reduce judicial term limits from eight to two years; and draft and promote proactive disclosure legislation with the goal of increasing transparency and improving the frequency and scope of election spending disclosure.
