Projects from the first cohort of the Solidarity Collaborative are having a real impact! Over several months, Rev. Dr. Liz Theoharis and other members of the Kairos Center for Religions, Rights, and Social Justice team led a Survival Organizing Tour, visiting small towns, medium-sized cities, and rural communities. Traveling from one community to another and meeting with local organizers, the Kairos Center was able to connect faith-based and economic justice organizations across 15 states to cultivate mutual aid networks, grassroots leadership, and moral movement building.
The tour was so successful that the Kairos Center has embarked on a second phase of hope-filled “Survival Revivals” in different communities across the country. Hear more about the revivals and the lasting impact of being part of the Solidarity Collaborative.
